Emerald Membership $475.00 for Superintendents / Assistants /Equipment Managers (A, B, C, EM) and Bronze Membership $475.00 for Affiliates (AF).

As an Emerald or Bronze member you will get all meetings paid for in advance. This is a discounted rate for paying your meetings up front. This will not include the annual banquet or the scholarship tournament.

As an Emerald or Bronze member you will be recognized on the website, directory, and at the annual banquet. You will also get early signup opportunities for the annual banquet and scholarship tournament.

Please fill out the 2026 application form and check Emerald or Bronze Membership. Cost for each of these memberships is $475.00. Our Emerald and Bronze memberships have increased slightly. This is due to increased expenses from our host courses.
Emerald Facility Membership $1,700.00

To qualify for a Facility Emerald Membership, an applicant must be a golf course facility that has the equivalent of 4 Emerald Members at one facility.

Please fill out the 2026 application form and check Facility Emerald Membership. Cost for this membership is $1700.00. This is a savings of $200.

All Emerald member advantages will be for 4 specified members from a facility - you will be recognized on the website, directory, and at the annual banquet. You will also get early signup opportunities for the annual banquet and scholarship tournament.
- As an Emerald Facility member, you will also receive 1 team entry to the crew championship for any 4 staff members.
Payment Options
Upon renewal, you have the option to pay online with a credit card, or to have an invoice emailed to you. You will have the option of paying the invoice online with a credit card or send it along with a check to: 2560 King Arthur Blvd., Suite 124-115, Lewisville, TX 75056.
